• How do I pay?

  Payments are monthly, can be made online using one of our payment integrations. We also accept online transfers or Paypal. For companies inside EU we don't apply VAT.

• What services I receive?

  Our system integrates with your own system, being able to deliver message right away through various integrations.

• My business is unique, can we make a deal?

  Yes. As long as both parties are happy we are open to discussions.

• Can I change pricing plans?

  Of cours. Once you decide what works best for our, whether offline or online can grow as your business grows.

• What does integration mean?

  We integrate with your online business using our integration modules and with any other service providers through API's.

• Can I edit campaigns by myself?

  Sure. You have access to visual editors, recipients segmentation and everything else. If there is something you don't understand, we are happy to help.

• How are emails being sent?

  By default we send our emails (both triggers, retargeting and email blasts) through sparkpost.com. Our system allows integration with almost any other email provider through SMTP or API.
